Article 1 – Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern all sales of the Odysseus® software offered on the website https://www.odysseus.guide
By making a purchase, the customer acknowledges having read these T&Cs and accepts them without reservation.
Article 2 – Seller

In accordance with the micro-enterprise scheme, the seller is not subject to VAT:
“VAT not applicable – Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI).”
Article 3 – Product
Odysseus® is an astrology software for iOS, Mac, Android and, exclusively via this website, for Windows, distributed under a personal-use license.
The purchase grants the customer an individual, non-exclusive right of use, with no right of resale or of any graphic or textual exploitation without the prior agreement of the author.
Article 4 – Price and payment
The price of the software is indicated in euros, all charges included, excluding VAT.
Payment is due immediately upon ordering, via the secure payment methods offered on the website.
Article 5 – Delivery
The software is delivered in digital form (download, then activation key).
No physical media will be shipped.
Article 6 – No right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied by download, once performance has begun after the customer’s prior consent.
Therefore, any order is final and binding: no refund, exchange or cancellation will be accepted after payment validation.
It is therefore the customer’s responsibility to check the compatibility of the product with their computer equipment.
Article 7 – Assignment and transfer
The software license is strictly personal and issued in the customer’s name.
It may not be resold, assigned or transferred to a third party.
Article 8 – Technical support
Technical support is provided by the seller within the limits of the software’s lifetime and the available updates.
Article 9 – Liability
The seller cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage related to the use or misuse of the software.
The customer is solely responsible for ensuring their equipment is compatible with the stated technical requirements.
Article 10 – Personal data
The information collected when placing an order is necessary for managing the transaction.
It will under no circumstances be resold to third parties.
The customer has a right of access, rectification and deletion in accordance with the GDPR.
Article 11 – Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the competent courts shall be those within the jurisdiction of the seller.
