Article 1 – Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) govern all sales of the Odysseus® software offered on the website https://www.odysseus.guide.
By making a purchase, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these TCS without reservation.
Article 2 – Seller

In accordance with the micro-enterprise regime, the seller is not subject to VAT:
“VAT not applicable – Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI)”.
Article 3 – Product
Odysseus® is an astrology software for Windows, distributed under a personal-use license.
The purchase grants the customer an individual, non-exclusive right of use.
Article 4 – Price and Payment
The price of the software is indicated in euros, all charges included, without VAT.
Payment is due immediately upon ordering, via the secure payment methods available on the website.
Article 5 – Delivery
The software is provided in digital form (download followed by an activation key).
No physical medium will be shipped.
Article 6 – No Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied by download once execution has begun with the customer’s prior consent.
Therefore, all orders are final and binding: no refund, exchange, or cancellation will be accepted once payment has been validated.
Article 7 – Transfer and Assignment
The software license is strictly personal and nominative.
It may not be resold, transferred, or assigned to a third party, unless prior written consent is given by the seller.
Article 8 – Technical Support
Technical support is provided by the seller within the limits of the software’s lifecycle and the availability of updates.
Article 9 – Liability
The seller cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use or misuse of the software.
The customer is solely responsible for ensuring their hardware is compatible with the stated technical requirements.
Article 10 – Personal Data
The information collected during the ordering process is required for the management of the transaction.
It will under no circumstances be sold to third parties. The customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data in accordance with the GDPR.
Article 11 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These TCS are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those within the seller’s jurisdiction.
