Here is a selection of questions that you can ask yourself before buying Odysseus®

Is a trial period possible?

Not to date, but it’s being considered.

If the software is not suitable, is it possible to get a refund?

If you made your purchase on the AppStore or PlayStore, you will have to see this with them. I have no control over the sales of these blinds. For the Windows version, no, there is no refund/retraction possible. Any purchase is final as specified in the general conditions of sale.

My computer is on a different version than the recommended one. Can I still take the software?

At your own risk. If the version you have is not specified in the product data sheet, I could not test it there and verify that it was valid. If this is the case, I will not be able to help you under any circumstances, and no refund will be possible.

Once dowloaded, how does it work?

You just have to download the file (which is an installation executable), install the software and then launch it. During the first launch, you will be asked to activate the license. To do this, follow the instructions on the screen: you will find your “software code”, a link to go to the activation web page where you will enter your software code in the form. And as soon as I receive your code, I will send you one, which will be an activation code, which you will simply have to enter into the software to make it effective.

If I have to uninstall Odysseus® from my computer to install it on another, is it possible?

No, it comes down to a multi-station option. If you still need to uninstall it to reinstall it on the same machine, don’t worry, the activation code you received the first time will remain valid.

Is there a "multi-station" option?

No, to date, there is no multi-post option available. Each version must be purchased. The only exception is for iPhone/iPad/Mac where, Apple’s unified system allows it, a single purchase on one of these media allows you to have it on the others (to the extent that the version of your OS and the age of your model allow it).

I would need help learning how to use my software.

I offer software training sessions at the price of €30 for one hour. It will be a matter of seeing together the different manipulations to make good use of it. Contact me by email to make an appointment.

Can we do medieval/vedic/sideral astrology... with it?

Odysseus® is a software expressly created for the practice of Uranian Astrology of the Hamburg School. You will therefore find tools specially designed in this sense (mobile wheel, harmonic wheels, display of half-points, listings, search for planetary figures…). It is not possible to draw up Vedic maps, to use a sidereal zodiac, nor to use techniques highlighting the zodiac as in medieval or modern astrology, nor to build “traditional” houses (Placidus, Koch, Porphyry…). You will be able to work with the zodiac (tropical) and the Houses, but only in the context of Uranian practice. See the content page to see the features of the software. And if you have any doubts, do not hesitate to write to me upstream.

I would like such a new feature in the software

I obviously remain attentive to the suggestions of the users. But I do not guarantee an addition in any way. If the request concerns a purely uranian practice, the addition can be considered. But if it goes outside the scope of Uranian practice, there is a good chance that it will be refused, because this software is not intended to replace other traditional astrology software.

The software has a glitch. How to do it?
